In the Blessed Sacrament, I asked Jesus how we should prepare for our retreat in April. During Mass, He placed words in my heart that we should repeat continuously:

SUFFER ALL WITH ME, NO LONGER TWO BUT ONE, IN MY SACRIFICE OF LOVE

He then asked us (LC) to pray Psalm 51 every day at His crucified feet in repentance for our sins and the sins of the Church.
